Basecamp is a one-time digital purchase. Because access to the Field Manual is delivered immediately after verified payment, the purchase is non-refundable once digital delivery begins. If you experience a delivery or access problem, contact support so we can make it right.
Ascent
Ascent is a one-time personalized service. It is non-refundable once digital delivery begins, including when onboarding is delivered or Eli begins reviewing the intake and building the personalized plan.
Summit
Summit is billed at $300 per month until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access and coaching continue through that date, and partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded.
Mountain+
Mountain+ includes a 7-day trial before the $29.99 monthly subscription begins. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After billing begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded.
Billing or access problems
For a duplicate charge, payment error, or delivery problem, email support@mountainathleticsclub.com with the email used at checkout and a short description. Do not include a full card number or sensitive financial information.
