What we collect
Mountain Athletics Club may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, program selection, goals, onboarding responses, and messages. Stripe processes payment details; M.A.C. does not store complete card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to process purchases, deliver programs and onboarding, provide coaching and support, send service and billing messages, maintain transaction records, improve the website, and protect the service from misuse.
Service providers
We use trusted providers where needed to operate M.A.C., including Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Resend for transactional email, Notion for onboarding forms, Google Workspace for business communication and files, Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting, and Google Analytics for privacy-conscious website measurement. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential browser storage and Google Analytics to understand general site usage and conversion activity. Analytics is configured to anonymize IP information where supported.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
